About Railway Dental

The practice was originally established in the neighbouring village of Brewood, providing residents of the village and surrounding area many years of quality dental care. We aim to continue to provide the same high standard of care now in our new and exciting location in Penkridge.

As far back as December 2012 we acquired the Railway Inn to provide us with a new location as our Brewood site was due for redevelopment. Having extensively and sympathetically renovated this wonderful Grade 11 listed building finally Railway Dental opened its doors in March 2015.

The original cottage dates back to Tudor times and became an Inn known as the Railway in 1835 to quench the thirst of the workforce constructing the Birmingham to Liverpool railway line a short distance away. We are thrilled to be a new chapter in its colourful history. Appreciating the historic importance of this building to the village we thought it only right to retain the name at the very least.
